A two and half days (23rd, 24th and 25th of July 2024) training programme (Madhyama II, Batch 1) for Executives of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) with a minimum of 22 years of job experience has commenced today in Virtual Mode. The programme is designed by faculty members of the School of Human Resource Management, XIM University, and the Indian Institute of Petroleum Management (IiPM, Delhi).
The Training Programme is coordinated by Prof. Suchitra Pal and supported by the MDP Office.
